In 1992, Quality Electric Service was founded with one central focus: to be the best in our business at customer satisfaction. We believe that our company can achieve that distinction by:
- Responding to our customer's needs promptly - no one should have to wait for weeks to have their work done; our goal is to respond to each and every request with in 48 hours and to emergencies immediately.
- Supplying only quality workmanship and products - we will not sacrifice our integrity by using inferior quality products and materials, and our employees will be trained, skilled, experienced craftsmen; each and every job will be installed to meet the standards of the National Electrical Code and the National Electrical Contractors Association.
- Providing value to each of our customers - we will not offer a cheap price just to secure a job, then increase its price one the work has started. We will thoroughly evaluate each project, offer a detailed proposal (with alternatives whenever appropriate) so that our customers can make an informed decision and obtain the greatest value before work begins.
