Who's Who at Quality Electric:

Ann Herron

Director of Operations 

Ann joined the Quality Electric team in 1997 as Purchasing Manager. In 2001, she was promoted to Office Manager and in 2003 to her present position as Director of Operations.

Ann is directly responsible for scheduling all field operations. This includes coordinating the necessary manpower, tools, equipment, and material to enable our technical staff to meet our customers’ expectations of timely performance and standards of workmanship.

Ann also supervises the efforts of our Purchasing, Accounting, and Customer Service staff so that we may bring the very best level of service to each of our clients.

Debralee Conrey

Customer Service Advisor

Debralee is the most recent addition to our support staff (2004).

She handles all the details of “multi-tasking” necessary in our Customer Service Department.

Debralee is usually the primary contact person for new customers. In addition to determining your specific requirements (“what – when – how – where”), she develops your Customer Service Profile so that each member of our staff has the necessary information, to access your account in our database on-line.

Debralee also coordinates the specific project requirements with the local Construction Official for permits and inspections, and with Conectiv. She is also the point of contact for any billing or payments.

Mary Adams

Project Administrator

Mary joined the Quality Electric team in 2002 as Administrative Assistant. In 2003, she was promoted to her present position as Project Administrator.

Mary is directly responsible for purchasing of all material, tools, and supplies for the specific needs of each individual project, as well as managing our warehouse operations.

In addition, she has direct radio communications with our technicians, allowing us to respond to calls for emergency service immediately.

Mary also supervises the preventative maintenance program for our service fleet of trucks, vans, and other vehicles, and works with Ann to prepare and update daily work schedules.

Sam Centrone

Project Manager

Sam joined the Quality Electric team in 1999 as a lead technician. He was promoted in 2001 to Foreman and in 2004 to his present position as Project Manager.

Sam is directly responsible for providing our technicians with the leadership and motivation, as well as the direction, to safely and efficiently complete each job. This direct, hands-on management of field operations allows us to maximize customer satisfaction.

 Sam also supervises the progress of each of our work crews throughout each day, both in person and with our 2-way radio system, allowing us to make scheduling adjustments which may be necessary due to changes that occur.

Dennis Kelly

Estimator

Dennis joined the Quality Electric team in 2003. After working for a short time in the field, he was promoted later that year to his present position as Estimator.

Dennis is directly responsible for meeting with our customers to assess and define the scope of the work, as well as the cost. By making the time to listen to what you want, he is able to assess your unique needs, so that our solutions offer the best value for your investment!

Dennis enables us to offer our customers the personal touch that is all too often lacking – someone who will accommodate your schedule, and spend the time with you, providing you with Prompt, Professional Service.
